He brings experience across private equity, renewable energy investments, power trading, and structured finance — including senior roles at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup in NY — with over $4 billion in direct transactions across the U.S., Europe, and Middle East.

Alvaro oversees Energile's operational execution across the portfolio — from acquisition through asset management and operations. He brings hands-on experience in renewable energy development and asset management, as well as project financing and debt structuring across Spain and Southern Europe.

David leads technical due diligence, asset performance monitoring, and value-add execution across the portfolio — including battery storage integration, repowering, and technical enhancement programs.
