Our acquisition strategy targets three categories: ready-to-build projects executed and improved through construction, operational and COD assets where active management unlocks yield and appreciation, and special situations involving undervalued assets and platforms requiring strategic repositioning and financial restructuring.

Energile manages assets across four functions: BESS development and construction, O&M oversight, plant asset management, and energy management including PPA strategy, ancillary services, trading, and market representation across European power markets.
