Roy leads Energile's investment strategy and commercial operations. He brings experience across private equity, renewable energy investments, power trading, and structured finance — including senior roles at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup in NY — with over $3 billion in direct transactions across the U.S., Europe, and Middle East.
Alvaro Jover
Chief Operating Officer
Alvaro oversees Energile's operational execution across the portfolio — from acquisition through asset management and operations. He brings hands-on experience in renewable energy development and asset management across Spain and Southern Europe.
David Romero
Technical Director
David leads technical due diligence, asset performance monitoring, and value-add execution across the portfolio — including battery storage integration, repowering, and technical enhancement programs.
Ary Mesyngier
Business Development
Ary drives origination and partner relationships across Energile's target markets — identifying acquisition opportunities and supporting the firm's LP and IPP outreach across Europe.
Aria Berkley
OPERATION
